Improving safety around Buckshaw Parkway

Luke, Aidy and John are determined to explore all possible solutions to increase parking capacity whilst also improving both road and pedestrian safety around Buckshaw Parkway.

As the initial focus was on safety improvements, Aidy proposed, secured and delivered the recently approved parking restrictions around the road junction at the busy approach to the station. Luke and John, in his role as Chorley Councillor, have also been seeking clarity over the plans for the £700,000 currently held by Chorley Council for investment at the station in an effort to increase the parking.
