Market Walk vanity project already gone through £3 million claims armchair auditor

WITH NOT ONE BRICK LAID above ground level, armchair auditor Peter Malpas, our council candidate for Chorley's  Pennine Ward, estimates from Council tables that the Market Walk extension project has already cost more than £3,000,000.

"I've gone through Chorley Council's monthly spending data, and this is the figure I've arrived at.  But I may have missed some spending that is not that easily identifiable."
