No prosecutions from over 1,700 dog fouling reports

Chorley's Labour Council have reported that over the last fourteen months they recorded 1,713 incidents of dog fouling across our parliamentary constituency area, 1,866 over the whole borough.

Surprisingly, they also report no prosecutions were made during the same period.

Potholes, by the numbers.
