County Council turns blue with help from Chorley winners

Chorley County re-elected Councillors Mark Perks and Keith Iddon have two new colleagues on Lancashire County Council.

Aidy Riggott, who lives in Buckshaw Village, is the new Lancashire County Councillor for Euxton, Buckshaw and Astley and Andrew Snowden, from Withnell, the new County Councillor for Hoghton with Wheelton.

  • Keith Iddon Chorley Rural West 2,364 votes and 685 majority
  • Mark Perks Clayton with Whittle  2,056 votes and 490 majority
  • Aidy Riggott Euxton, Buckshaw and Astley 2,506 votes and 498 majority
  • Andrew Snowden Hoghton with Wheelton 1,925 votes and 95 majority
