Caroline Snowden

Caroline Snowden is a community campaigner who lives in Abbey Village, having previously lived in Brinscall. She is passionate about standing up for her community and in particular protecting the greenbelt and standing up for the villages as the Council appears fixated on the Town Centre.

Phil Loynes is the Conservative choice for Chorley's Euxton South Ward in the 2018 elections.

Peter Malpas
